One of the neat things to do this month in Houston is to be on the lookout, because freeways will become the exhibit hall and billboards are the canvass for sensational pieces of art.
Houston artist C. Ellen Hart converted a portion of her collection of digital images from reflections of downtown Houston, in glass and water, to billboard sized works of art.
You can find one of the pieces, Downtown Reflections (Evening Light) on the southbound side of I-45 North at Cavalcade, between 610 Loop and I-10.
