Free Things To Do During Spring Break In Houston

Here's some of the things you can do, that are free during 2009-SPRING BREAK in Houston.
St. Patrick's Day In Houston
Shamrocks, seafood and stout top the list, of things that will make this year's St. Patrick's day a special one.
The Downtown District is inviting everyone to party at the Houston Pavilions Center courtyard ( Fannin at Clay). Of course there will be the traditional bagpipes and a later in the evening, a DJ will be on hand to kick the music up a notch or two at this exciting Houston ST. Patrick's day party.
Free At The Museum
Have you been promising yourself to pay better attention to those nagging aches and pains that interfere with your weekend of rest and relaxation? The good folk over at the health museum have come up with a exciting way to get you and your family active and healthy.
They have added games, crafts and free health screening and immunizations to their activity list during spring break.
This free event is just the kind of fun event that your doctor would have ordered. Don't forget Thursday is free day at the Contemporary Art Museum Houston.
Free Lunchtime Events
Maybe, you're you're not on spring break, short on time and still would love to have some fast and easy fun. That's a specialty of Debra Hodge and downtown Houston's Central Library .
Thursday, March 19th come to the 4th Floor from 12 Noon-1PM and participate in the B.Y.O.L. (Bring Your Own Lunch) Series.
It's a creative way to make lunchtime, funtime. Their smorgasbord of inspiring D-I-Y activities will enrich, entertain and excite you. Especially this weeks decorate a cake. All ya'll are welcome to attend, just be sure to arrive early because the supplies are limited.

This Latin influenced dancercise, Zamaba session is being conducted at Discovery Green, Wednesday Mar 18, 2009 form 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and best of all admission is free!
